This paper takes the PCR laboratory of a hospital as an example to analyse the problems that occur during the commissioning process. Through on-site investigation, the key factors affecting the pressure and pressure gradient are tested, including the tightness of the envelope, fan performance and system air volume, the air volume of air supply (exhaust) outlets, and the air leakage rate of the ventilation system. The test results show that the tightness of the building envelope is a prerequisite for the formation of pressure gradient, and the operation and commissioning should be carried out under the condition that the envelope is sealed. On this basis, it is also necessary to adjust the ventilation and air conditioning system to the design conditions to ensure the realization of the pressure gradient between the regions. Finally, based on the commissioning data, the problems deserving to be noticed in the design of the ventilation and air conditioning system are summarized.
